Revision Policy

Revisions are entirely possible with Hexa Flow Agency. At the time of deciding the package of your services, you can also decide the number of revisions permitted within the selected package. There are no additional fees if you are getting the revisions that are part of your design. There are no hidden charges if your design concepts remain the same. Turn Around Time

We understand that the Turnaround Time is extremely important when we are talking about design services. Our team wishes to keep you involved in all stages of a design which is why our company has a policy of providing you with at least 48 hours or 2 working days to revise and review the designs. However, in some cases, Hexa Flow Agency may provide 72 hours or 3 working days, depending on the necessity of the task at hand.

An example of how the 48 hours or 72 hours Turnaround Time works is:

  • The order that you place for revision on a Tuesday will be provided to you by Thursday.
  • The order that you place for revision of a Thursday will be provided to you by Monday towards the end of the day.

  • In the case that you are not completely satisfied with the work that has been initially provided to you. A 100% refund can be made to you if you make the case obvious during the initial design phase.
Refund Policy

In any occasion, any funds deposited will not be liable for a refund if the initial design and concepts (after delivery) are approved, or a change is asked for unless Hexa Flow Agency cancels or ends your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-execution.

All requests for refund will be as per the following arrangement:

You make a solicitation when the underlying ideas for a logo are provided. However once you approve or ask for changes in the initial designs, the refund offer will be void and a request for refund will not be entertained.

Once the project has been entered in revision phase, the refund offer will be void and a request for refund will not be entertained.

If the refund request is made within 48 hours after the client gets onboard, you will only be eligible for a 66% refund (less 10% administration and preparing expense).

If the refund request is made within 48 hours after the initial design delivery, you will only be eligible for a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing free).

No refund request will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial design delivery. However, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction so you are requested to reach out to us so we can address your concerns.

No request for refund will be entertained after inaction by the customer after 7 working days. If you wish to restart the order, you will be charged a certain fee contingent upon your venture.

No request for refund will be entertained if the customer goes unresponsive at any point of time for 5 working days.

All refund request should be made to the support department. hexaflowagency.com reserves the right to approve/reject any and all refund requests based on an individual case to case premise.

No refund will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.

For Website bundles, no refund will be entertained once the initial design mock up has been revised or the inner pages have been created with client's approval.

All requests for refund must be communicated to the support department. hexaflowagency.com, in light of the infringement of your user agreement reserves all authority to affirm/object your solicitation on an individual case to case premise.

For Hexa Flow Agency/Custom bundles, refund will be apply just the same as on the single packages.

For instance, in the event that you request for a logo and web design and approve of the logo, you are eligible for the refund of the website service at the time of initial design only.

A refund request should have a legitimate reason which must be qualified against the outline brief and client input for revisions. Unless an idea has not been composed as per brief, a refund will not be approved however discount won’t be given however further revisions will be provided until you are satisfied.

It is also to be noted that, under any circumstances, both parties (Hexa Flow Agency & Client) agree not to attack/criticize each other and any of its employee, associate/s or partner/s publicly (on public forums, blogs, social networks etc.) at any given time during or subsequent to contract period. Similarly both parties agree not to talk on forums, blogs, community groups or any social media in a way which brings bad name to either party or any of its employee, associate or partner. In case of breach, the breaching party would have to pay a reasonable compensation decided by the non-breaching party as damages.

Money Back Guarantee depends on that the request is set in accordance with some basic honesty. Where a client has placed design orders with more than one agency for the same job, with the intention of claiming a refund, hexaflowagency.com does not consider this to be good faith. In such instances, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.

All design jobs require client input before finishing the design which is why it is requested that the customer is active throughout the process and gives feedback in order to get the required results.

100% unique design guarantee qualifies you for a new logo if the logo designed by hexaflowagency.com is found to be considerably similar to another design that already exists. Any likeness to a current outline will be just a fortuitous event and hexaflowagency.com won’t acknowledge any responsibility or claim of any compensation in such a case. It is the client’s responsibility to get their artwork copyrighted.

There are multiple reasons that will disqualify the right of a refund to the client.

  • A change of mind
  • Disagreement between the brand internally
  • Reasons that are similar and do not relate to the design services.
  • In the case in which the business closes down or changes its name.
  • The claim is claimed after the pre informed request for refund time allotted.
  • There is a lack of information in the creative briefing
  • The policy or policies of the company have been violated or not been met.
  • You have made requests for revisions.
  • The website has either been developed or designed and is currently live.
  • The logo of your brand has been finalized
  • The primary design concept is approved regardless of the services being availed.
  • The package that you have chosen has either been personalized to your needs, or you have chosen a special package available for a limited time span.

Note: It is necessary that you understand that Hexa Flow Agency has the final right to terminate any contract or reject a project when they see fit. Once you have been issued the refund, you will not be allowed to use any of the designs that have been provided by our team of experts. Hexa Flow Agency will become the owner of the designs and may use them how they seem fit. You will not be allowed the use or access to any of the designs.

Services not related to design services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. They are not covered under our 100% money back guarantee. If such a service is acquired as part of a Package Deal of any kind, they cannot be used to request a refund on the entire package.

Claim Your Refund

If you are looking to claim a refund, you may contact us:

Designs that have been finalized and approved by Hexa Flow Agency will be provided to the client. At the time of the finalization of the project, all core files will be transferred to the client as they will have complete ownership.

Content Creation & Population

Creating or populating the content to a website is not the responsibility of Hexa Flow Agency unless specified previously. If the service has been purchased separately, the Hexa Flow Agency will:

      o Populate website with content for created for the client.

      • Hexa Flow Agency will acquire images from stock photo websites.
      • Hexa Flow Agency will not be responsible for any manner for similarities between images used on the website that resemble other websites or content.

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy
      o Hexa Flow Agency does not share any information related to any customer, project, or services.

      o Upon the completion of a task, both parties shall not provide defamatory comments for the other.
Record Maintenance

Hexa Flow Agency will maintain records and data of all tasks and projects in the case of misplacement by the client. A copy shall be provided to the client if required.

Customer Support

The customer representatives are available to answer all queries five days a week between 9 is to 6 pm. You can contact customer support between Monday and Friday every week. In the case that you wish to submit a query after business hours, you may do so through email. A member will get back to you as soon as possible the next day.

Technical Support Policy

Hexa Flow Agency is a design consultancy and design service provider. We will develop and design the services that you require. Technical aspects will be included when the client purchases a service or a package through email and chat. Hexa Flow Agency will provide the client with the basic information regarding those services and the settings required to make those services are operational. However, Hexa Flow Agency shall not provide detailed guides or installations of services. Services that are included but are not limited to are mentioned below:

      o Website Deployment
      • Hexa Flow Agency will deploy the website for the customer on a Hosting server provided by the customer or purchased through us.
        • Hosting Service provided by Hexa Flow Agency is a free service in some packages provided to the client as an added feature without any cost. If not part of the package it needs to be purchased from a Third Party Service provider either by the customer or through our own in house servers or cloud services.
          • A Hosting server provided by the customer (purchased from a Third Party)
        • In the event the website is hosted on a third party web server purchased by the customer, Hexa Flow Agency will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting-related issues.

There is no ongoing Service Level Agreement (S.L.A.) between the client and Hexa Flow Agency in terms of technical assistance or service outage unless purchased separately or included as an ongoing maintenance service.

      o Website Content Management System (C.M.S.: Content Management System)
      • Hexa Flow Agency will provide the customer with a user manual to use the website C.M.S. (Content Management System).
      • Hexa Flow Agency will not be responsible for training the client in the said website C.M.S. (Content Management System).
      o Emails Setup:
      • Hexa Flow Agency will be providing the customer with the necessary settings and information to install the emails on their end.
      • Hexa Flow Agency will not be responsible for installing said emails onto the customer end.
      • Hexa Flow Agency will not be responsible for providing technical support or assistance in troubleshooting errors on email usage as all our emails are on open servers and accessible by all service providers. Hexa Flow Agency will not be held responsible in any way for customer’s failure to execute, install or learn the usage of above said services on their end, as the responsibilities for those lie on the customer’s end.

Communication Policy
      o Hexa Flow Agency will hold no responsibility for any communication that has been done so through any other platform or medium. The only mediums of communications are either the contact number provided or through the Hexa Flow Agency Platform.
      o Any emails that are sent or received from @hexaflowagency.com will be considered a valid form of communication.
      o Hexa Flow Agency shall not be responsible for any communication that has damaged, caused any issues or delays. .
      o Hexa Flow Agency takes complete responsibility that has been provided through our official domains.
